Factory Trained Techs

We currently have seven factory-trained technicians on-site, to help with any repairs or maintenance needs you may have. With over 75 years combined experience, our technicians attend supplemental education classes every fall to update their mechanical skills at schools offered by Yamaha, Evinrude, Johnson, Suzuki, Mercury/Mercruiser and Volvo. These classes allow our service department to stay abreast of new technologies and computer diagnostics.

Chatlee technicians offer customers advice on how to maintain and make minor repairs to their boats, as well as help our customers feel comfortable fixing minor issues, should they sense something is wrong. It is extremely important to us that our customers feel comfortable with their purchases! Our test lake is also instrumental is allowing us to test and service boats under actual operating conditions.
